Recording Studio
Terms & Conditions
 
Client must be 18 years of age and present a valid ID upon arrival to first session.
 

Prepayment: Payment must be made in full by 6pm on the day the recording session is booked.
Unpaid sessions are automatically deleted from our system.

 

Prepaid Hours: Prepaid hours expire one year from the purchase date.

 

Booking and Cancellation: The session begins and ends at the time the client scheduled it for. 
Payments will not be returned to client upon cancellation. 
In order to retain hours, client must cancel session at least twenty-four hours prior to start time.
 
Breaks: Breaks are required by the engineer to prevent eye and ear fatigue.  When appropriate, the engineer will break for 10 minutes every 2 hours.
 
Blank Media: Clients are expected to provide their own CD­Rs. 
If needed, Brave Recording will provide the client CD­Rs at $1.00 each.
 

Music Storage and Back­up: Once session is completed Brave Recording is no longer responsible for the storage of client’s music and session files. Clients are expected to provide a hard drive or DVD­R to store and back­up their music.  If needed, Brave Recording Studios will provide the client DVD­Rs at $2.00 each.

 
Session Files:  Session Files will be given to the client only as tracked out consolidated WAV files.
 
Retrieval Fee:  Clients must pay $50.00 fee to retrieve session files from Brave Recording Back­up.

 

Facility Rules

Filming and Photographing: Please submit a request to management for filming and photographing inside the studio.
 
Outdoor Noise: Please keep noise to a minimum while outside of the studio.
 
Smoking: There is NO SMOKING inside the studio.
 
Trash: You are expected to clean up all trash accumulated during your session. 

 
Guests: Please inform all guests of our facility rules. 
Do not allow your guests to be a distraction to the engineer and work environment.
 

Liability: You are liable for all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay, or intoxication to both your own and property of Brave Recording. You are solely liable for all equipment broken under these circumstances. Brave Recording is NOT responsible for any property lost, damaged or stolen.

 
Refund Policy

Studio Time is Non-­refundable. 
We do not offer refunds for services rendered by us. Never the less we always make every effort to provide the customer with a product they are happy with.
